• Fabric Separation: To reduce friction, separate heavier fabrics (e.g., denim) from lighter ones (e.g., yoga leggings) to prevent damage.
• Turn Inside Out: Always turn the garment inside out before washing, and fasten all zippers, buttons, or hooks to minimize wear from friction.

the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment processing time
All orders made before 2:00PM are processed within 2-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a
significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or
telephone.
Where will my order ship from?
We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide!
When will I receive my order?
It takes 2-7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out.
The shipping time depends on your location, delays can occur on non-business days and typical shipping times are.

Refund
We striveto deliver you the best in quality and value, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we would like you to contact us as soon as possible to see what we can do to make you satisfied with your purchase.
You have 30 calendar days from the date of receiving your order to return an item.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of
receiving order at hipyfi@gmail.com.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria
1. Products can only be returned if they are still in their original condition and
packaging. Used products, or products damaged by the customer will not be
eligible for refund.
2. Request your Return Authorization Number by emailing hipyfi@gmail.com with detailed reason for return and pictures or a video of the product that supports your reason.
Keep in mind that the whole item should be visible in the image and a close-up shot of any defects.
Upon approval you will receive the RA# and the address of where you can mail the product you would like to return. Customers are responsible for shipping and costs on returns of no defective products.
3. To assure your refund please use a trackable mail service, we will not
be responsible for lost or missing packages.
4. Once your return is received, your products will be examined and a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7-14 business days. A refund receipt will be emailed to the email address you used when making your original purchase.
